Citizenship Requirements: Anyone purchasing a REVITASIZE® franchise to be located in Canada must be a citizen or permanent legal resident of Canada.
Once your application is submitted online, REVITASIZE® Franchising Inc. will forward you a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document. It will describe in detail how the REVITASIZE®  Franchise Inc. relationship actually operates and will specify exactly how the company is organized. There is no obligation by doing so; it simply indicates your degree of interest.
  1. Submit Application for Additional Information (linked above) to the REVITASIZE®  Franchise Inc. in order to continue the process.
  2. Receive the Franchise Disclosure Document from REVITASIZE®  Franchise Inc. for your review.
  3. The application is evaluated for the Preliminary Review.
  4. If the candidate successfully passes the Preliminary Review, a mandatory Orientation Session must be attended in order to continue the process, and the candidate will be provided next steps at Orientation Session.

 1. How much to open a new restaurant?
$250,000 to $300,000.  This would usually include build-out costs to the unit, the $30,000 franchise fee plus TAX (1-time fee), the equipment, first and last month’s rent as well as a security deposit to the landlord. Typical square footage is 900 to 1200 square feet.
2. How long to purchase and open a new restaurant?
It could take upwards of 6 to 12 months to find, build out and open a new restaurant. Although, once a new franchisee has owned and operated a restaurant in substantial compliance for 6 months they may be eligible to purchase a new franchise location, after successfully qualifying to expand.
3. Is passing the training component required?
Training is for 4 weeks and is to be conducted in-store. All franchisees named on each franchise agreement must satisfactorily complete training at a REVITASIZE® corporate store before the store will be allowed to open. The Franchisee and its employees will be responsible for all meals, travel, lodging or other expenses incurred in attending the Franchisor’s training program.   
4. How much are the royalties and advertising fees that franchisees pay?
4% royalties based on monthly sales
3% advertising/marketing based on monthly sales
5. How much is the franchise fee?                  
$30,000 plus HST for new franchises
6. How long is the term of the Franchise Agreement?
The term of the Franchise Agreement is ten (10) years from the date of the agreement.  The agreement will automatically renew for additional ten (10) year period unless either party chooses not to renew and sends written notice to the other at least six (6) months before the expiration of any ten (10) year period.  Upon renewal you have the option to either i) continue under the terms of the agreement and pay 50% of the initial franchise fee with all other terms and condition in the Agreement remaining the same, or ii) you may sign our then current Franchise Agreement which will replace the Original Agreement and which may contain terms or conditions that differ from the Original Agreement, including financial terms.
