What Makes Revitasize Unique?

We offer only the freshest ingredients. We use cold press machines to squeeze 100% raw fruits and vegetables, without compromising the integrity of the product. Our juices are not pasteurized. We serve our juices in environmentally friendly glass bottles, and offer a recycling program. Our cleanses will not leave you hungry, and our juices are tasty.

What is the shelf life of the Revitasize juices?

Revitasize juices contain live enzymes and are highly perishable, being that the juices are raw. It is important to refrigerate your juice as soon as possible. It maintains its quality for up to 5-7 days, from the day its pressed.

Does juice availability change with the season?

Climate and weather changes affect all produce. Certain fruits and vegetables are only available during specific times of the year. Some recipes may require some small adjustments that coincide with the seasonal changes.

What is the meaning of Cold-Pressed?

Cold Pressing is the process of extracting nutrient rich juice from fresh produce by using a Hydraulic Press, and without the use of added heat. This allows for the rich nutritional value of the juices to be maintained during the juicing process. The result is a juice that is fresh, nutrient dense, rich in colour, and full of flavour.

Can I cleanse while I'm working?

Yes, although each cleanse is unique to that person. Some people may experience a surge of energy and clarity; others may feel a bit exhausted. The key is to listen to your body and adjust to how your feeling.

Can I workout while I'm cleansing?

High exertion exercises are not recommended. Instead, light workout exercises such as, yoga, or walking can help increase your bodies release of toxins during the cleanse.

Can I drink coffee while I cleanse?

One cup of black coffee a day is ok if you really need it, but in order to fully reap all the benefits of the cleanse, we suggest removing all caffeine beverages.

Should I cleanse if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Consult with your physician. Many have cleansed in the past, but everybody is different. We always recommend to consult with your physician first.

How many calories are in the cleanse?

Cleanses range from 1200-2000 calories per day. The primary focus of the cleanse is not calories, but rather giving your body the tools to naturally heal itself.

After I finish the cleanse, how often should I juice?

We recommend that after a cleanse you maintain 1 -3 juices a day for at least a week. After that, 1 juice a day is a great way to incorporate healthy fruits and vegetables into your daily routine and maintain a healthy diet.

How often should I cleanse?

This is a personal preference. Some people find that cleansing seasonally is a great way to keep their body fresh, while others may cleanse monthly or annually.

Will cleansing slow down my metabolism?

If you follow the cleanse properly, your body will actually see an improvement in your digestive system, and boost your overall health.

Is there a specific order I should be drinking the juices in?

Yes, we have a numbering system 1 through 5. All juices are labeled clearly.

Pre-Cleanse?

Pre-cleansing is just as important as cleansing here at Revitasize. We recommend 1-2 days depending on your individual experience and goals (our cleanse experts can help). Starting immediately, as soon as you wake up and before you brush your teeth, drink 1/2 litre of room-temperature Lemon Ginger Water. This will awaken your liver and help flush any toxins that have accumulated overnight. It will also rev up your digestive system for the day ahead. For lunch, we offer a selection of healthy vegan wraps, salads or smoothies that will begin the transformation that your body needs when beginning a total cleanse. For dinner, our menu offers an array of salads that will begin to adjust your body to digesting raw foods. Water will be a key ingredient in your pre-cleanse, as this will provide your body with increased blood flow and start the beginning of the cleanse for you. Processed foods, refined food, caffeine, meat, dairy, gum, soda, alcohol, and sugars should all be crossed off your eating list. These simple steps will prepare your body and mind, so you will fully benefit from your Revitasize Juice Cleanse.

What will my day look like on the cleanse?

We recommend when you wake up drink a cup of room temperature warm water. This process will wake up your digestive system and prepare your body for your first juice. 30 minutes afterwards you should begin consuming your first beverage. It is important to remember to take your time when drinking (each juice should take 20-30 minutes to consume). Once you’ve started drinking it is crucial to stay on schedule and consume a beverage every 2 ½ – 3 hours. This will keep your body satisfied and focused throughout the day. Hydration is the key to success and a cup of water should be consumed in-between each juice. You should consume between 2-3 litres of water per day. Feel free to substitute water for herbal tea and green tea (without sugar, milk, or cream).

Can I carry over my in-store subscription balance?

Yes, your subscription will never expire!

Do you deliver and where?

We deliver to all of Toronto and the GTA (selected cities). Free Delivery on orders over $69 before tax.

What do I do with my empties?

Since we care about preserving flavour and freshness we only use glass bottles for your juices. We ask that you please rinse your empties and bring them to your nearest Revitasize location. You will also earn $0.50 per juice bottle and $0.10 per shot bottle in the form of in-store credit.

What's the difference between a Subscription and a Membership card?

A subscription card keeps a balance of your monthly juices. The units are measured in juices, rather than dollars. The membership card is the general card that will be used as a gift card and will be able to hold your in-store credit from the bottle deposit program. This card can be used as cash in-store.
