How it works
At Revitasize, our juice cleanses are available in-store and online, and are designed to support you before, during, and after your cleanse. Here’s exactly what to expect at each stage:
1. Pre-Cleanse (1–2 Days Before You Begin)
Preparing your body before you cleanse makes the experience smoother and more effective. For 1–2 days leading up to your cleanse, start removing:
- Processed and refined foods
- Caffeine
- Meat and dairy
- Sugary snacks
- Soda and alcohol
- Chewing gum
This gentle transition helps reduce detox symptoms and sets your body up for success.
Start each morning with:
A ½ litre of room-temperature water with lemon and ginger before brushing your teeth. This simple step helps wake up digestion, support liver function, and promote natural detoxification.
Throughout the day, keep hydration top of mind. Sip water consistently to support blood flow, digestion, and your upcoming reset. And if you need guidance, our cleanse specialists are always here to help you choose the right duration for your goals.
2. During the Cleanse
Each Revitasize cleanse includes five cold-pressed juices, a revitalizing booster shot, and our Herbal Detox Tea—all crafted to nourish your body while giving your digestive system a break.
How to structure your cleanse day:
- Start with warm water or Revitasize Herbal Detox Tea to gently activate digestion.
- After about 30 minutes, enjoy your first juice.
- Sip each juice slowly over 10–15 minutes to give your body time to absorb essential nutrients.
- Have a juice every 2.5–3 hours to stay fueled and prevent dips in energy.
- Stay hydrated with water between each juice. Our herbal tea is also a great caffeine-free option.
Remember: Every sip matters. The slower you go, the more your body can take in—and the better you’ll feel.
3. Post-Cleanse (The Following 3–4 Days)
Once your cleanse is complete, your body is more sensitive, refreshed, and receptive. Ease back into eating to maintain your results and avoid digestive discomfort.
For the first 1–2 days, focus on:
- Water-rich fruits like apples, oranges, melon, berries
- Hydrating vegetables like cucumber and leafy greens
- Raw, uncooked, easy-to-digest meals
- Chewing thoroughly to support digestion
Continue to avoid temporarily:
- Processed foods
- Caffeine
- Alcohol
- Sugary treats
- Heavy or fried foods
As your appetite returns, slowly reintroduce cooked meals and wholesome, nutrient-dense foods. Continue drinking water and herbal teas to stay hydrated and support your metabolism.
